This is a sweater I made for my mom. It's an acrylic and wool blend in a violet heather color. The Bag is made from peaches and cream cotton.

all your knitting is lovely - of course I am partial to the purse :-) I don't do much hand knitting - I have one of those kiddie knitting machines, round and rectangle looms (the plastic colorful ones), and although I took a 2 hr knitting class - I rarely knit on needles.. mainly my knitting is done during the winter - but I do like doing it. Thanks for checking out my blog too :-)
The Purse was made by a combination of hand knitting and crochet. The bottom and strap are crocheted and the sides of the purse are hand knit. There is a string that goes around the top and attaches to the strap so that when you pick it up, it closes the top of the bag. Glad that you liked it.
